Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2022
Native Digital is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This privacy policy details everything you need to know about the collection and processing of your sensitive information.
PRIVACY POLICY
Native Digital SA ("Native Digital"), is a Swiss startup founded in 2022 with the aim of introducing the concept of Smart Dust Digital DNA, a technology that allows to integrate within a product a set of randomly distributed radiofrequency nano-chips. This distribution gives rise to a unique fingerprint, a sort of super code, in turn rewritten in an encrypted way within the distributed memory of the nano-chips. An artist can mix the Smart Dust in the colors she uses to make the work, or she can use a Smart Dust Label to be applied behind the canvas. More details are described on the website www.ndpa.ch.
With this App, Native Digital offers an easy-to-use augmented reality tool for artists, museums and galleries. With Native Digital AR, an existing work of art can be expanded with a digital layer to create a unique interactive experience, creating a rainbow bridge (artbifrost) between classical and digital art. If the work contains Smart Dust, the App allows you to access the Native Digital marketplace to have the opportunity to know its history, the description by the artist and if you want to buy it.
Native Digital SA is the manufacturer and owner of Native Digital AR (referred to herein as our "Software" and "Services"). We offer a free application, Native Digital AR, available on the Google Play and Apple App Stores and a content management system on the nativedigital.art/artbifrost platform.
